IT and Management Professional Services Recruiter

Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) is seeking a skilled IT and Management Professional Services Recruiter with a proven track record to initially work on a contract basis. The Recruiter must be able to demonstrate an ability to source both passive and active candidates in support of the company's Federal Government professional services contracts.

Experience includes: providing recruiting support to IT and management professional services companies within the Federal sector; a demonstrated track record of sourcing and identifying top candidates (cleared and uncleared) in support of the Federal Government; full recruiting life cycle management from candidate identification, screening, interviewing and post interviewing activities. Selected recruiter will have the following responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle candidate management including pipeline recruiting and ongoing relationship maintenance of existing candidates
  • Technically qualify skills and experience of candidates by interviewing, and testing performance
  • Maintain constant communication with Hiring Managers through all phases of the process
  • Evaluating candidates fit and abilities for particular positions
  • Thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews by having an in-depth knowledge of client company, position, initiatives and business strategy of the organization
  • Thoroughly prepare and debrief candidates through each stage of the interview process
  • Document all work in the company's tracking system
  • Source passive and active candidates for requirements
  • Prepare for and support job fairs, etc.
  • Utilize and remain current with proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques and strategies in compliance with EEO and ADA regulations
The successful candidate will identify, screen, and interview candidates for professional-level technology positions, complying with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines. He/she will work with managers and technical staff to assist in identifying and documenting job requirements. The selected candidate will also develop and maintain a pipeline candidate pool for current and future openings.

Required Skills: We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and organizational skills complemented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of working both independently and with senior management - with minimal supervision. A minimum of 3 to 5 years recruiting professional services and technical candidates with expertise recruiting information assurance (IA) professionals, auditors, business and systems analysts, and project leads for Federal contracts is required. Excellent knowledge of recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including all applicable EEO and ADA regulations is also required. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite in support of recruiting is essential.

Successful, detail-oriented candidates will possess: strong organizational, time management and relationship building skills; ability to source a diverse range of applicants, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, relationship management, and due diligence; exceptional telephone, interviewing, and relationship building skills, and the ability to close offers; and a results-oriented, success-driven personality.

Pay and benefits are commensurate with experience.

Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business, or liberal arts (psychology, sociology, etc.), industrial relations or organizational development from an accredited institution.

Security Clearance: Applicants selected must be U.S. Citizens and may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A current and active security clearance is not required for this position.

Work Location: The work will be performed in the Washington, DC and Tannersville, VA metropolitan areas.
