TSTC awarded contract to support USAID
Fairfax, VA. (July 16, 2003) - Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) announced today that PEC Solutions, Inc. (www.pec.com) awarded the company a contract to provide OMB 300 Business Case and CPIC support for USAID (www.usaid.gov).
TSTC will provide support for the analysis of alternatives and recommend Federal Civilian Human Resource (HR) Information Systems components for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). TSTC will assist in developing plans to sequence all of the components of DHS into the selected systems, as well as the movement of the USCG, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and other smaller DHS components to the National Finance Center payroll processing system. In order to assist DHS in meeting an OMB mandate of FY2004 for consolidation and migration, TSTC will help populate the OMB Circular A-11 Exhibit A-300 and Information Technology Exhibit 53.
