Ms. Podracky, Chief Executive Officer, has over 17 years technical experience in program management, security, and software development. She received her B.S. from the College of William and Mary and has been employed in both government and commercial firms including the USGS, UUNET (now part of MCI), GTE, BTG, Nextel, and Neustar. Many of the projects she has managed had budgets well into the millions of dollars. She has extensive knowledge and experience with ISO Quality Assurance and Customer Quality Management. Ms. Podracky has written and reviewed well over 100 OMB Exhibit 300s with the majority being the top scoring 300s for the organizations. In addition, Ms. Podracky has practical experience in security policy, testing, and certification and accreditation, in the context of the NISPOM, DITSCAP, and NIST Special publication 800-37.

Mr. Podracky, TSTC's Chief Operating Officer, is a dynamic technical leader with over 20 years of "hands on" engineering, business analysis, and operations experience in the integration and management of high availability multi-host systems and data center facilities for both the commercial and Government sectors, primarily with telecommunications companies, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and Federal Defense and Intelligence Community organizations. He has extensive hands-on experience, managerial expertise, professional certifications, and academic credentials required to effectively assess, engineer, integrate, document, manage, maintain, install, and test all facets of secure high availability IT infrastructures and environments. He has demonstrated expertise in the areas of business continuity planning, disaster recovery, independent verification and validation (IV&V), security assessment and engineering, and security certification and accreditation. Mr. Podracky has a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. He also has completed his PhD studies in Information Security at George Mason University.
