Mid-Sr. Business / Technical Analyst - CPIC
Individual must have superior analytical and oral/written communications skills and interest in working as a consultant to agencies of the Federal government in the area of Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and / or Budgeting and reporting oversight. Required Skills: Individual will work with our team of professionals to assist Federal agencies in implementing the requirements of OMB Circular A-11 "Preparation, Submission and Execution of the [Federal] Budget", including development of Exhibit 300s and 53s (federal IT Budget materials); Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) including analyzing contractor supplied EVM data; CPIC Select-Control-Evaluate processes and documents.
Must be able to actively adhere to, and provide suggestions for improvement of CPIC processes
Must have the ability to quickly identify / generate supporting CPIC-related documentation such as:
All candidates must have experience or interest in consulting to the federal government and be fluent in English (both written and verbal) and able to convey information and ideas to senior management. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance. Applicants selected must be U.S. Citizens and will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
