Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) was founded in Spring 2002 and is a Virginia certified woman-owned small business. The TSTC founders believed that their collective backgrounds in the areas of systems engineering, security, portfolio management and budgeting, and business analysis provided a unique perspective to the design, development, integration, and testing of complex governance infrastructures.

Recognizing an opportunity due to the poor quality deliverables and service provided throughout the professional services industry, the founders - in the fall of 2001 - decided to form a small business that provided affordable quality professional services to clients. The company was fully incorporated in the spring of the following year. Being risk averse and customer-centric, and knowing that the skill sets were in demand, the company took a structured slow growth approach that required no outside venture capital. This slow growth also allowed the TSTC founders to focus on internal operations and processes, resulting in one of the very few small businesses in the nation to achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications.

Now, as a mature small business headquartered in Virginia, we perform work for United States civilian, defense, intelligence, and law enforcement agencies and commercial firms. The TSTC Leadership Team come from a variety of technical and project management backgrounds that add to our corporate diversity and well-rounded solutions.
